Please note the following points relating to BFPO addresses:

We can't send: Model fuel, any form of paint or glue via the BFPO.

Restrictions: There is a length / weight restriction which means some items cannot be dispatched.

Speed: All BFPO mail and parcels go to London and are then handled internally by the forces - there is no "express" or "signed for" options available for BFPO as a result.

Parcels: Most parcels with insurance work out around £12+ to send.  We charge a flat fee of £9.95, and absorb anything else (plus the 1/2 hour of staff time to take the parcel to the post office).  However, some items are exceptionally heavy or valuable and this means a higher postage rate would be necessary - we would contact you in this circumstance and request confirmation.

VAT: Vat is charged for all BFPO deliveries unless you can provide us with faxed evidence that we do not have to charge VAT to you.

Vitally Important: We have no problem dispatching to BFPO addresses.  HOWEVER, we will only ship to these addresses if your credit card or debit card is registered at the exact same address.  Some banks will have your address recorded as including a town (e.g. BFPO 12345 LONDON) some don't. Many include LONDON even if you're serving in Northern Ireland for example, as the BFPO post office hub is in London.  We need the address exactly to the letter including all spaces, punctuation etc as it is shown on your bank statement or card bill as these addresses otherwise are rejected by the bank as address failures, get marked as potential fraud, cards get locked out of our system and we cannot then charge you!
