We offer two broad postage options
for most UK destinations:
Standard: This is charged
at £2.95 for orders valued under £50 and £4.95 for orders valued over £50.
Standard orders receive priority and are dispatched as soon as we are able
by first class post or express courier.
No Rush: This is charged at
£1.95 for orders valued under £50 and £2.95 for orders valued over £50. As
implied, this is an economy service. No Rush orders are packed and
dispatched when time allows and are sent by 2nd Class Post or economy
courier - at busy periods a few days delay may occur.
Pre-Order Diecast Models:
We charge £1 per dispatch, regardless of postal service selected at
checkout. We will combine all models released at the same time into one
packet - e.g. 3 EFE released at the same time, £1 postage for example.
Outlying Parcel Charge:
NOTE: For items which can go in the regular post (i.e. under 2 kilos in
weight) we do not make any surcharge UK Highlands and Offshore Islands,
but for larger, heavier items going to these outlying areas a flat charge
of £7.50 is made to cover the extra that the Parcelforce service charge
for standard delivery. Affects parcels to postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW,
PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, or any part of of
Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, or Scilly Islands. Please select this at
check out to avoid any delay in dispatching your order.
Channel Islands: Please
place your order in the normal manner. If you are entitled to VAT refund,
please comment PLEASE REFUND VAT on the order and it will be refunded back
to you. All bulky items count as OUTLYING for postage (£7.50) - this
covers most items up to £200 in value, above this there may be a surcharge
- please ask before ordering.
Ireland: A postage charge
will be calculated at time of check-out. This is approximately 15% of the
order total - subject to a minimum of £2.95.

The following further Postage and Packing Options can be selected when
you order at this site - because our site is so large with so many different
products there are a lot of different options, however reading this you should
be able to decide which to select - covers all of UK except Channel
Islands for which you need to select the Worldwide Less Vat Plus Postage option:
UK: Before 9am Parcel - £14.95
A special parcel service where Parcelforce will deliver before
9am on a weekday. Please note that this is not a Next Day service but if
requested we can usually advise which day delivery should occur.
UK: Saturday Parcel Delivery - £24.95
Expensive, but order at any time in the week up to
Friday 7am and we'll hold your package and send it with Parcelforce 24
"Saturday". Guarantees Saturday delivery - great if you work all week.
OUTLYING Delivery - £7.50
The Outlying option is for large items such
as railway sets, scalextric sets, RC cars etc. If you've in one of the
areas shown on our order form you should select these options for immediate
dispatch - as otherwise we will have to contact you before we can charge which
may delay dispatch.
EU: Under 2KG, EC by Air - Add 15% (minimum £2.95)
Standard air mail to the EC. Suitable for most
products which are small or light enough to go in the post - we will let you know if it's not OK for your order.
EU: Any Weight, EC - Fully Insured by Air - At Cost
Minimum charge is 15% or £2.95.
Worldwide: By Air - Less VAT, plus postage. (minimum £2.95)
We charge you what the post office charges us
(including insurance where required). 100% fair - if it costs us £2.95,
you pay £2.95 - if it costs us £80, you pay £80 etc etc. Small items,
spare parts, model buses etc are cheap to send, we don't send large items such
as Scalextric sets, RC cars etc.
