Two Simple Ways to order!

 Our order process is very easy to use - you simply tell us what you want, just as if you were writing an email - no complex "baskets" or awkward routines.  The order form opens in a different window so you can easily go back and browse for more while you order.  Unlike many online companies, a real person will read and reply to your order, and you will only be charged for items as they are dispatched.  You will receive a receipt with your order detailing the charge.  The process is 100% secure and is encrypted to 128 bit US Military standards.  There is no need to register first.  Ordering online from most of the UK will qualify you for our FREE "No Rush" delivery service if you don't want our standard express/insured service - you need to select NO RUSH for this option from the order form.
 

 To Order Online:   Click here or click the  Order Now  button at the top of any page (in blue on the right hand end of the button bar), then select from the icons on the right hand side whether you want to place a full order (if you have never ordered from us before) or a Quick Order, which is a faster process for returning customers (only shown on some occasions). 

To Order by Fax:  We have a special form for fax orders, which can be printed by opening the fax form page - this should be self explanatory.  Ordering by fax is welcomed and from most of the UK will qualify you for our FREE "No Rush" delivery service if you don't want any of our rush services.

To Order by Post:  Ideally, we'd like you to use our fax form, above, if you order by post too but you are welcome to hand write your order in any way you like.  We must have a phone number with your letter and please note that personal cheques are subject to clearance time when received.  Again, from most of the UK this will qualify you for our FREE "No Rush" delivery service if you don't want any of our rush services.  Note: Clearance times - personal cheques 10 working days, bank counter cheques 2 working days, postal orders 2 working days.   Cheques and Postal orders should be made payable to  "Time Tunnel".

To Order by Telephone:  Our telephone number is 01438 742665.  Please note that we operate limited hours of 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Saturday.  OUR NO RUSH FREE DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE ON TELEPHONE ORDERS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ADVANCE ORDERS FOR ITEMS NOT YET RELEASED.
