VERY IMPORTANT:  We can only process orders for delivery to the card billing address.  We will reject orders when we come to process if the address doesn't match what your bank holds.  Don't put an alternative address on the assumption we won't notice - it's checked electronically for anti-fraud reasons and we don't allow ANY through.

KYOSHO PARTS: Please read the section at the top of the Kyosho page before placing any parts orders.  

POSTAL OPTIONS:

Standard Delivery which is £2.50 for orders under £50 or £4.50 for orders over £50 -  orders with this option selected are prioritised, and when dispatched delivery will be by either First Class or Express Courier.   

No Rush Delivery - for those orders where you are happy to wait several days, select No Rush - no postage charge will usually then be made (except orders under £50 total, where a £1.50 postal charge will be applied) and we will dispatch when time allows by either 2nd Class Post or Economy Parcel services.  

Outlying areas - Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands and Far North of Scotland, larger parcels cost £6.00 P&P to deliver.  Please select the Outlying Postage option in these cases. 

PRE-ORDERS: Please note we have two options now for Pre-Orders:
UK PREORDER: Express - £2.50 per release under £50, £4.50 over £50
UK PREORDER: No Rush - Items will be held until approx £10 to £15 value then posted 2nd class for FREE, provided you order at least £50 worth OR you keep an ongoing order open with us.

In each case, "Per Release" means all the items released that week across all your orders.  Note that if you select "No Rush" but order very few items, there may be a long delay between release and dispatch on some items on your order.  

Signed For option is available for combination with No Rush or Standard delivery as required, and is recommended only if you have experienced problems in your locale with deliveries - e.g. postman leaves things on doorstep etc.

EXPORT ORDERS: Please note that except for the UK, we only sell large items such as Train Sets, Slot Sets and RC Cars to Southern Ireland and other countries within the European Union.  For other countries, we can only dispatch small items which will go in the mail such as Corgi models, RC spares, Slot cars etc.  We cannot send RC Cars, Train Sets, Slot Racing sets etc etc.
